CUSTOM FILE: Since we are custom printing the fabrics under your specific requirements, you need to triple check every detail of the file you will be sending to us before you confirm your order. We won’t be able to change anything after we start the production, and we are not responsible for any errors or seamless issues with your uploaded file.

• Please make sure that your file is seamless.
• The recommended image resolution is a minimum of 300DPI.
• Before placing your order please double check the scale (sizing) that you want.

We will not print stolen artwork or images with watermarks, and please check that you have the permission from the artist you purchased the file from before uploading it here.

REFUNDS: As with all other custom orders, no refunds are given since the fabrics were personalized by you. If you receive flawed fabric you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving. You may opt for a fabric replacement (which takes 8-12 weeks) or apply for refund.

PRE-ORDER: This is a pre-order fabric. Wait time is around 8-12 weeks. Please only order if you are comfortable with this wait time.

COLORS VARY: Colors vary depending on the type of fabric base you choose, and will not have the exact same colors of your file compared to the colors you see on your screen.

SIZE: All vinyl is sold by half yard. Each vinyl has its own different width, so please read carefully the description of the fabric you want to order by clicking here.
